Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations in Johor Bahru. You will ensure construction works align with drawings, methods, and quality standards while coordinating manpower, machinery, and materials.

The role requires reading drawings, at least 2 years of site supervision experience, and a relevant Diploma or SPM. High-rise projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related field.
• High-rise construction experience encouraged.
• Able to understand construction drawings.
• Minimum 2 years as Site Supervisor in construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure works follow drawings, methods and quality requirements.
• Daily monitor manpower, machinery, tools and material usage on site.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Identify and provide solutions to site issues efficiently.
• Manage and monitor delivery of materials to site.

• Able to identify and provide solution to site issues efficiently.
• To manage and monitor the delivery of materials required by site.

Job Requirements :

• SPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or any construction related field.
• Candidates with high rise construction experience are encouraged to apply.
• Able to understand construction drawings.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.

Based in Johor Bahru x 2pax

Working hours : 8am -5pm (Monday - Saturday)
