Job summary

KSL Holdings Berhad is seeking a capable Site Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs and safety rules. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth workflow on site.

The role requires 2–3 years' site supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to plan schedules and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Check and verify materials delivered to site, ensuring quality and quantity are in order.
• Maintain proper site records, reports, and progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements at site.
• Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager.
• Assist in planning work schedules and workforce allocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
