JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in the construction industry is required. Candidates with site supervision or site management experience will be given preference.

Diploma, Certificate, or other relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as this role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
