Job summary

HB Glass & Aluminium invites a capable site supervisor to oversee construction projects in Malaysia. You will lead crews, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while liaising with subcontractors and the main contractor.

Responsibilities include site checks, daily progress reports, and enforcing company regulations. Strong communication and leadership are essential, as is the ability to read construction drawings and use MS Office for reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site checks and inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports detailing work, manpower, materials and site issues.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors (subcon) and main contractors (maincon) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure timely execution of activities as per project timelines.
• Enforce site safety protocols and company regulations.
• Report any delays, risks, or deviations from the plan to the Project Manager promptly.
• Assist in site logistics, material management, and site housekeeping.
