Job summary

Rhino Superior Resources Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Construction Site Supervisor position in Ipoh, Perak. You will supervise daily site activities, read drawings, coordinate sub-contractors, and monitor progress to meet project timelines with a focus on housing projects.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher in Construction Management, 3–5 years of site supervision experience, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Must have own transport and willing to work on site.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings accurately.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Study and interpret construction drawings to ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Coordinate work among sub-contractors and workers on site.
• Monitor and report project progress and flag delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
