Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Sedenak, Johor. You will use construction drawings as a guide and coordinate with subcontractors to align schedules with the work program.

You will check workmanship, address defects, monitor daily progress, and maintain accurate records. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 3–4 years of construction experience, with data center projects a plus, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawings as a guide.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs.
• Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
• Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities.
• Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards.
• Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants.
