Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Quantity Surveyor to administer post-contract activities for data center construction projects across the lifecycle. You will handle contracts and subcontracts, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts, ensuring accurate cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and 1–3 years’ post-contract experience; data center projects are a plus.

• Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and verification of completed works and material requisitions.
• Coordinate with project, site and procurement teams to ensure timely cost control and effective contract administration.
• Ensure proper record keeping and maintenance of contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of post-contract building or construction projects.

Experience in data center construction projects will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge in contract administration, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.

Willing to be based at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
