Job summary

SVS Renoz My Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Kuala Lumpur project sites, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

The role requires a Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, at least 1 year of site supervision experience, and strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge. Reading blueprints and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a site supervision role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material logs.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, efficiently.
