Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional with glass and aluminium project background to supervise site progress and manage daily work arrangements.

Requirements include at least 3 years in glass and aluminium, a Degree/Diploma in a related field, and proficiency in MS Office. AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

You must be able to work independently, handle stress, and communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with own transport.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in glass & aluminium is required for this position.
• Degree or Diploma in a similar field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and related software.
• AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily work arrangement in every morning.
• Overall supervision of project site progress.
• Respond to client WhatsApp messages regarding site problems or issues.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
• Attend project/site meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Conduct site surveys and measurement work.
• Prepare daily reports and keep site records and documents.
• Monitor progress to ensure works align with drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Maintain communication with customers to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
• Monitor site management and control daily progress until satisfactory handover.

Salary range: Above RM4.5K++ (depends on your capability & working experience)

(Must have glass &aluminium experience)

Requirements

Preferred those with Autocad knowledge
