Job summary

Aik Seng Glass & Aluminium Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking an Engineer with Civil/Construction background to join our project teams on site. You will supervise progress, coordinate installations, and liaise with contractors to ensure the work meets drawings and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 1–3 years' experience (fresh graduates welcome), and strong communication in Malay/English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering/construction experience; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Able to lead and supervise site workers; independent work capability.
• Strong communication in Malay/English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site progress and ensure work follows schedule and drawings.
• Coordinate installations, attend project and site meetings.
• Liaise with main contractors and relevant parties for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with site workers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

AIK SENG GLASS & ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD. is involved in aluminium and glass works, including project installation and construction-related works.

Qualifications & experience

At least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or Construction Management or equivalent.

1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in engineering and construction works. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to work independently.

Able to lead and supervise site workers.

Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.

Monitoring site progress, arrange for installations, and attend project meeting and site meeting.

Liaise with main contractors and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate with site workers and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.

Perform other project-related duties assigned by the superior.
