Job summary

Only Matter Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee multiple residential and commercial fit-out projects across Klang Valley. Based in Sri Petaling, you will manage site operations, coordinate with the Project Manager and Coordinator, supervise subcontractors, and monitor quality, safety, and budget while producing daily progress reports with photos.

We're Hiring: Senior Site Supervisor | Only Matter Sdn. Bhd.

Only Matter is a Kuala Lumpur-Sri Petaling based interior design and design-build studio delivering premium residential and commercial fit-out projects across the Klang Valley. We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily site operations across multiple concurrent projects
• Plan and coordinate work schedules with our Project Manager and Project Coordinator
• Manage subcontractor scheduling, sequencing, and on-site coordination
• Check workmanship quality and rectify issues ahead of QA/QC inspection
• Monitor material usage, project budgets, and site inventory
• Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and asset protection standards are maintained
• Provide daily progress reports with site documentation and photos

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with a track record managing projects from start to completion
• Strong knowledge of wet works, infrastructure, and finishing works
• Experience in commercial fit-out is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and diverse teams independently
• Proficiency in reading architectural/construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• CIDB Green Card holder is a plus
• Valid driver's license and own transport required

Details:

Based in Sri Petaling, on-site across Klang Valley projects

Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional night shifts as needed)

RM4,500–RM6,000 (based on experience)
