Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards and building regulations.
• Proven track record of managing construction teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic proficiency in using site management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
• Minimise material and manpower wastage.
• Handle labour and supplier disputes.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join CEMERLANG (KJM) SDN. BHD. in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects on site. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality within budget and schedule parameters. What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Fresh graduate and 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent supervisory role in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards and building regulations
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction teams and subcontractors
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Basic proficiency in using site management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various project sites as required
