Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for coordinating concurrent activities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and project plans.
• Proven track record of ensuring project safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
