The role involves coordinating carpenters, masons, and labourers, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and liaising with project managers and clients. You will guide the team, ensure adequate resources, and maintain accurate site records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to the construction site as needed.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
