Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site supervisor with 1–3 years of experience to oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure safety and quality across fencing projects. You will liaise with directors, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed in Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, and Seremban.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• Knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow: Direct on-site staff, organize schedules, assign tasks.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with site regulations.

• Track resources: order materials and manage equipment logistics at site.
• Report progress: maintain site logs and inform management of delays or issues.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Track resources: Order building materials and manage equipment logistics. Coordinate the delivery and proper arrangement of materials, plants and equipment at site.
• Report progress: Maintain site logs and update management on delays or issues.
• Project management: To involve in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating technical and management aspects of projects.
• Attend meetings: Arrange and attend regular meetings with directors, workers and subcontractors to monitor progress, resolve site issues and ensure project targets are achieved.
• Other tasks: Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, site supervision or project management, fencing industry is preferred.
• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Have knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and project supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
• Responsible, punctual, organised and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and workers.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required. (KEDAH, KUALA LUMPUR, SEREMBAN)
