Job summary

Awa Design And Build Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor in Selangor, Malaysia to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work meets drawings and specifications. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior site supervision experience is a plus.

You will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining safety and quality on site. The candidate should read construction drawings, manage project schedules, and travel to different sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as Site Supervisor or similar construction/site role will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction site operations, safety procedures, and work coordination.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Willing to travel to different project sites as required.
• Willing to follow project working schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure all site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and procedures.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects, or safety concerns to the Project Manager or management.
• Maintain proper site records, progress reports, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower required for site activities.
• Assist in resolving site-related issues to ensure smooth project operations.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by management.
