Job summary

Olgad Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities for building construction projects. The role focuses on supervising site operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and assisting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Supervise and monitor all site operations for residential and/or commercial building projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety and quality issues
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and ensure all workers follow standard operating procedures
• Provide on-site instructions and support to subcontractors and site workers
• Coordinate and monitor on-site job progress to ensure timely completion
• Ensure construction complies with design and statutory requirements
• Interpret and execute project blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of site activities, inspection records, and safety compliance
