Job summary

Kaley Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out, renovation and construction works on-site. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines, while coordinating with Project Managers, designers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction, renovation, or interior fit-out.
Able to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of construction processes, materials, workmanship, and site practices.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Willing to travel to project sites.
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities and interior fit-out works.
Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, workmanship, and progress.
Identify and report discrepancies, defects, delays, and non-compliance issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications and quantities.
Prepare and update daily site progress reports and relevant site documentation.
Capture and update site progress photos through the company's designated system.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties when required.
Conduct inspections at different stages of project completion and ensure defects are rectified within the required timeframe.
Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays, site issues, and risks to Management.
Ensure site safety requirements and relevant statutory regulations are adhered to.
Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

Knowledge of carpentry, ceiling, flooring, tiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other interior finishing works.
Experience preparing site reports, progress updates, and defect lists.
Familiarity with project schedules and site coordination.
Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health requirements.
Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 9.00 AM – 1:00 PM

Site Visits: Required depending on project needs
