Job summary

Baoli Decoration Group (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee day-to-day site progress and ensure work aligns with architectural plans, designs and quality standards at Kuala Lumpur project sites. You will coordinate on-site sub-contractors, workers and suppliers, manage material deliveries, and schedule activities efficiently while enforcing safety measures.

Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese; basic English or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in site supervision, interior decoration, fit-out, or construction works.
• Aged 25 to 40 years old.
• Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese; basic English or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation details.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and work flexible hours when required.
• Possess Driving license (D) and personal transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site progress and quality against plans and standards.
• Coordinate on-site sub-contractors, workers, and suppliers; schedule materials and activities.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety and finishing quality.
• Identify issues and deviations early and coordinate with engineers/designers for resolutions.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and attend site meetings.

Quality & Safety Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure finishing works meet company standards and enforce site safety measures.

Troubleshooting: Identify site issues or design deviations early and coordinate with site engineers, interior designers, or project managers for quick resolutions.

Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports, log material usage, and attend site meetings with management or clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Demographics: Aged 25 to 40 years old.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in site supervision, interior decoration, fit-out, or construction works.

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese to communicate effectively with sub-contractors, suppliers, and management. Basic English or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
