Job summary

EVER CHOICE RENOVATION & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a Project Supervisor for Johor Bahru-based interior design and renovation projects. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, conduct daily site inspections, and prepare reports for the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in architectural, interior fit-out, renovation, or construction site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and manpower.
• Monitor site activities, workmanship, project progress, and overall site coordination.
• Coordinate material deliveries and project requirements.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct daily site inspections and report progress/issues to the Project Manager.
• Monitor site safety, PPE, housekeeping, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, and safety issues.
• Maintain and update V.O. records and submit reports to the Project Manager or Contracts Department.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress photos, material delivery records, subcontractor work logs, and site safety checklists

About you

• Willing to travel and work outstation throughout West Malaysia when required
• Valid driving licence and own transportation
• Personal laptop for work purposes
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• High level of commitment, punctuality, discipline, responsibility, and professionalism
