Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor daily production activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved schedule. You will plan, assign, and supervise daily manpower deployment, including subcontractor oversight for quality and progress.

Additionally, you will ensure precast production complies with drawings, specifications, and project requirements, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulators to facilitate inspections and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-3 years' post-graduation experience in construction or precast works.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure work progresses according to the approved production schedule.
• Plan, assign, and supervise daily manpower deployment, including monitoring subcontractors' work for quality, productivity, and progress.
• Ensure all precast production complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements, including reinforcement, concrete works, machinery, and material arrangements.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings and material specifications.
• Coordinate and liaison with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and resolve project-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies throughout the production process.

• Able to work in Senai or Layang-layang near to Sedenak johor
