Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Production Supervisor for our Senai, Johor site. This full-time, on-site role leads precast operations, coordinates daily workflow, and ensures safety and quality standards are met to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in precast supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage a diverse team under pressure to hit targets. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction on active construction

Responsibilities

• Oversee precast production activities on site to meet production targets.
• Coordinate daily operations, supervise workforce, and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee casting cycles: cage/mould prep, pouring, curing, demoulding, finishing and storage.
• Coordinate lifting operations with crane operators for safe handling of piles.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and report defects to QA/QC for resolution.
• Maintain site housekeeping, PPE compliance, and reporting of downtime and output.
• Collaborate with maintenance on equipment issues and corrective actions.

We are seeking a Site Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Senai, Johor. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing precast activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. As Site Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing workforce productivity and maintaining compliance with all safety and quality regulations. This role is central to our operational success and directly impacts project timelines and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Target & Workforce Management: Brief subcontractors on daily targets, monitor attendance, discipline, and performance to hit production goals.
• Process Execution: Oversee the full casting cycle—cage/mould prep, pouring, compacting, plastic curing, demoulding, finishing, identification, and yard storage.
• Lifting Operations: Coordinate with crane operators for safe handling, lifting, and stacking of finished piles.
• Quality & Inspection: Ensure adherence to SOPs, inspect work against quality standards, and coordinate directly with QA/QC to report and resolve defects.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Enforce safety compliance, mandatory PPE usage, and site housekeeping.
• Material & Equipment Control: Track material usage to prevent waste, manage shortages, and report equipment or machinery issues.
• Reporting & Maintenance: Record daily output, downtime, and manpower; collaborate with Maintenance on breakdowns and follow up on corrective actions from senior engineers.
