Job summary

PROFESSIONAL PRECAST SDN BHD in Malaysia is hiring a Production Supervisor for precast concrete manufacturing. You will supervise workers, monitor daily production activities, and ensure work is carried out according to engineering drawings and specifications.

You will monitor the production process to meet quality standards, coordinate and assign tasks, check mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, and other production activities, and report issues to improve operations.

• Coordinate and assign tasks to production workers.
• Check mould preparation, reinforcement, casting and other production activities.
• Monitor and record production progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Identify and report production issues, defects or quality problems.
• Ensure workers follow company procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team and management to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
