Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Malaysia. You will conduct regular site checks, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and main contractors to maintain smooth workflow.

You will prepare daily progress reports detailing work completed, manpower, materials, and issues, monitor schedules, enforce safety protocols, and report delays or risks to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
