Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site-production operator to plan daily production with the batching plant team and ensure smooth operations at the site in Beranang, Selangor. You will monitor activities, report to the Section Head, and help reduce wastage while maintaining quality standards.

You will verify equipment condition, manage consumables, and keep the area clean while complying with safety rules. The role requires readiness for shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in site construction or precast manufacturing.
• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• Computer literate with reporting tools (Excel, Word).
• Able to read construction and precast drawings.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime and extended hours as needed.

Hiring Requirement

• 2–5 years' experience in site construction or precast manufacturing
• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and other tools for reporting)
• Able to read construction and precast drawings
• Understands the precast process: rebar, mould setup, concrete casting, finishing, stockyard arrangement, and delivery coordination
• Good communicator who can give quick feedback and coordinate well with production, QAQC, maintenance, stockyard, and logistics teams
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to hitting production targets, quality standards, and ongoing improvement
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed
