Job summary

Xeno Design Sdn Bhd seeks a diligent Project Manager to oversee full project cycles for luxury residential or bungalow developments in Malaysia. You will liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure drawings, specs, and schedules are understood and followed.

You will manage budget, timeline, and manpower allocation, and prepare progress reports for management. Immediate availability preferred; strong leadership, communication, and hands-on site supervision experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Certificate in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site supervision and ensure work is carried out according to plan.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and deliveries on-site.
• Monitor site safety and cleanliness.
• Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Oversee full project cycle from planning to completion.

• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Resolve on-site issues with practical solutions.

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Familiarity with luxury residential or bungalow projects is an added advantage.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
