Job summary

Only Matter Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee multiple residential and commercial fit-out projects across Klang Valley. Based in Sri Petaling, you will manage site operations, coordinate with the Project Manager and Coordinator, supervise subcontractors, and monitor quality, safety, and budget while producing daily progress reports with photos.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on residential/commercial projects.
Proficient in interpreting architectural/construction drawings and specs.
Strong multitasking across multiple sites with diverse teams.
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations across multiple concurrent projects.
Plan and coordinate work schedules with Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
Manage subcontractor scheduling, sequencing, on-site coordination.
Check workmanship quality and rectify issues ahead of QA/QC inspection.
Monitor material usage, project budgets, and site inventory.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and asset protection standards are maintained.
Provide daily progress reports with site documentation and photos.
