Job summary

Q ZIN IDEA SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to senior management, responsible for safety, resource management, and coordination across site activities. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering and strong problem-solving abilities.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Supervisor to join Q ZIN IDEA SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily construction operations and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards. As Site Supervisor, you will be the key link between senior management and the on-site workforce, responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing resources and driving operational excellence across all construction activities.

Responsible for site coordination, supervise, monitor and control site works.
