Job summary

China Communications Construction Company – Nusajaya, Johor is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to monitor workmanship, ensure compliance with drawings, and coordinate daily site activities in Johor. You will assist the PM with planning, attend toolbox meetings, and prepare progress reports.

Diploma or Degree in any discipline with CIDB Green Card is required; high-rise experience is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Banting and work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
• CIDB Green Card or equivalent certification.
• Ability to work independently.
• High-rise building knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Banting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage scheduling of machinery and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to progress per schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
• Carry out site works supervision and inspection.
• Assist the Project/Construction Manager with planning, manpower, and meetings.
• Resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings.
• Perform other related duties as required.
