Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a site-based Civil Engineer/Construction Supervisor to join our regional projects. The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and has 2–3 years of experience in building construction, with earthwork experience an advantage.

You will read drawings, supervise sites, and coordinate with subcontractors. Based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, you will uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of level survey is an added advantage.
• Good site supervision, construction methods and coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and main contractor.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily site reports and attend site meetings.
