Job summary

Ei Power Technologies Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Site Manager to lead daily construction activities and site operations at the Johor project site. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure works align with drawings and schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years of site management experience, a diploma/degree in a related field, and Mandarin proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction or site management experience.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate and resolve site issues, technical matters and construction delays.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and relevant site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, DOSH and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Support project handover, testing and commissioning, and project close-out activities.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field

Experience in Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial or M&E projects will be an advantage

Valid CIDB registration and CIDB Green Card are required

Mandarin-speaking is required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving abilities

Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities

Willing to be based at the project site in Johor
