KC BIZ SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, maintaining safety standards, managing resources, and coordinating between various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our operational success and directly impacts the reputation and profitability of KC BIZ SDN BHD.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction site

Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma Certificate or Construction Management qualification (preferred)

Key responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities, including labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution

Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on site

Monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets, identifying delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions

Managing and motivating construction teams, including workers and subcontractors, to maintain productivity and morale

Conducting daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure all personnel are aware of daily tasks and potential hazards

Inspecting work quality and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards

Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding site progress, challenges, and updates

Maintaining comprehensive site documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress records

Managing site facilities and ensuring the maintenance of equipment, tools, and temporary structures

Identifying and resolving on-site issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction site

Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality control procedures

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams

Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications

Sound understanding of project management principles, timelines, and budget management

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to different project sites as required

Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal

Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma Certificate or Construction Management qualification (preferred)

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Malaysia

Computer literacy with proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and site management software (preferred)
