Job summary

KC BIZ SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our construction projects in Ipoh, Perak. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, managing resources, and ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

You will coordinate between labour, subcontractors, and project teams, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain site documentation. A Diploma or Construction Management qualification is preferred, with at least one year of site

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of site supervisor experience on construction sites.
• Diploma certificate or Construction Management qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets; address delays or overruns.
• Motivate construction teams, including workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Inspect work quality and materials for compliance.
• Communicate progress and issues with project managers and clients.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation.
• Manage site facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating as needed.
