Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee site activities, ensure proper handling and storage of delivered products, and coordinate subcontractor manpower. You will maintain compliance with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment standards and plan, coordinate and supervise daily site operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years of construction experience (bridgeworks/earthworks/roadworks/geotechnical), strong communication skills, and the

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' construction experience, including bridgeworks, earthworks, roadworks and geotechnical works.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to read simple technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately.
• Arrange for proper manpower of sub-contractors in project execution to optimize workers/sub-contractors' performance.
• Comply with and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace.

Job description

A Site Supervisor role responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring proper handling and storage of delivered products, coordinating sub-contractor manpower, and maintaining compliance with Quality, Safety, Health and Environment standards.

About you

Mature personality, self-motivated with good technical skills in decision making

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia

Possess own transport with valid license and willing to travel
