Job summary

MZEC Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety on a construction site and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH and CIDB standards. The role involves inspections, training, incident investigations and liaison with authorities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in safety supervision, a valid Yellow Book, and the ability to coordinate with project teams and regulatory bodies on safety matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Registered as Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with Department Of Occupational Safety & Health, with valid Yellow Book.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA, DOSH, CIDB and other relevant standards.
• Able to commute and work at Lestarry Heights Sales Gallery.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and handle all communication and documentation with authorities (JTK, JKKP/DOSH, MOH) and related agencies.

We're on a look for a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS), for one of our subsidiary branch (Nekmat Bina Sdn Bhd) at Lestarry Heights Sales Gallery Site to mitigate potential safety hazards and implement the best safety policies to create a safe environment for everyone.

Job Responsibilities

Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards

Implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and best practices to create a safe working environment

Providing safety training and coaching to workers to promote a culture of safety awareness

Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to safety and environmental management

Collaborating with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders to address safety-related concerns.

Liaise and handle all communication and documentation matters with the relevant authorities including JTK, JKKP (DOSH), MOH and any other related government agencies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA, DOSH, CIDB and other relevant standards

Registered as Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with Department Of Occupational Safety & Health, with validYellow Book.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 1pm)
