Job summary

Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd in Taiping, Perak, seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to lead on-site safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

You will deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training, investigate incidents, and maintain records while coordinating with management and contractors to sustain a safe working environment.

About the role
Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Safety Supervisor to join our growing team in Taiping, Perak.

Key responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans, procedures, and protocols tailored to project requirements

Provide comprehensive safety induction and training programmes to all site personnel, ensuring full understanding of safety requirements and procedures

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and documentation required by regulatory authorities

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safety awareness and best practices amongst the workforce

Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on site

Liaise with project management, contractors, and external stakeholders on all safety matters and compliance issues

Monitor site conditions and work practices to ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety standards

Prepare safety reports and recommendations for management review and continuous improvement
