Job summary

Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd in Taiping, Perak, seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to lead on-site safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

You will deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training, investigate incidents, and maintain records while coordinating with management and contractors to sustain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and monitor site-specific safety plans and protocols for projects.
• Provide safety induction and training to all site personnel.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and incident reports required by authorities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce best practices.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment on site.
• Liaise with project management, contractors and stakeholders on safety matters.
