Job summary

BD Agriculture (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior project leader to plan, organize, and supervise building construction projects. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while managing schedules and budgets to meet client requirements.

You will coordinate with site teams, conduct inspections, and mentor engineers and supervisors, driving effective project delivery through strong leadership and problem‑solving. Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project.
