Job summary

ENSOFTC in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a capable Civil Engineering professional to supervise daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, drawings and specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and on-site teams to keep projects on track.

With 1–2 years of site experience and a diploma or degree in civil engineering or related fields, you will read technical drawings, monitor quality and safety, report progress, and assist with solving site

• 1–2 years of site experience.
• Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
