Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities in Johor Bahru. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, safety, and drawing interpretation.

You will work with project managers and architects, ensure quality and safety, maintain records, and support continuous improvement of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction.
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage priorities.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of technical drawings and reports.
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.

Responsibilities
