Conseal Sdn Bhd is looking for a Site Engineer to join our specialist geotechnical team. You'll be on the front line of technically complex foundation and slope works, working alongside experienced engineers on projects that genuinely challenge you. This is not a routine site supervision role — you'll be involved in problem-solving, coordination, and quality execution on specialised scopes that most civil engineers never get to touch.

Site Management & Supervision
Lead and coordinate daily construction activities across foundation and geotechnical project sites
Manage subcontractors and site workers to ensure works are executed safely, correctly, and on schedule
Identify and resolve site issues before they become delays — proactive, not reactive
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant worksite at all times
Project Planning & Execution
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure full clarity before works commence
Monitor project schedules and flag risks early — keep milestones on track
Attend site meetings and liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Assist in planning, sequencing, and resource coordination for efficient project delivery
Geotechnical & Foundation Works (Core Scope)
Foundation: Micropiles, RC Piles, Bored Piles, Grout Columns, Ground Anchors, Underpinning
Slope Protection: Soil Nailing with Gunite Wall, Rock Bolt, Stressing Works
Testing & QC: Pile load testing, integrity testing, quality control and inspection
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare accurate daily site reports, progress logs, and project documentation
Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (CIDB, DOSH, ISO)
Record and elevate defects or non-conformances promptly for corrective action

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
1–2 years of site experience in foundation or geotechnical construction is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, soil investigation reports, and specifications
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
Willing to work across Klang Valley and travel outstation when required
CIDB Green Card holder or willing to obtain
