Job summary

TALL INNOVATIONS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineering / Site Supervisor to support daily site operations, coordinate technical aspects, and ensure project execution in line with plans.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma/Degree in Civil Eng or related field is required; CIDB Green Card is a plus.

You will liaise with subcontractors and internal teams while maintaining safety standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work follows plans, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements with guidance from senior engineers.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Support material verification, inspection requests, and technical submissions.
• Track daily work progress and highlight delays or issues to the Project Engineer / Site Manager.
• Ensure work sequences follow the project schedule and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments on technical and site matters.
