Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Site Engineer / Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. You will work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project delivery.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 2–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.

The Site Engineer / Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable requirements. The position will work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, Quantity Surveyors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Building/Construction-related field

Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong construction experience may also be considered

Preferably 2-5 years of experience in building construction, civil construction, or a related field

Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to work on construction sites may be considered for junior positions

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction will be an advantage
