Green Borneast Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Agent to oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and company procedures.
You will supervise daily site works, monitor quality, safety and progress, and liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities
Supervise and monitor site construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, safety, quality and compliance
Coordinate and liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other relevant parties on project matters, inspections and approvals
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents and identify potential technical issues or discrepancies
Prepare, monitor and update project schedules, construction programmes and site work progress to ensure timely completion
Monitor daily construction activities, labour, subcontractors, materials, machinery and equipment to ensure efficient site productivity
Prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting (MOM), site reports, technical reports, project correspondence and progress updates
Monitor project delays, technical issues and construction problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Ensure all QA/QC inspections, testing, documentation and quality requirements are properly completed and maintained
Monitor and enforce Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), site safety regulations and Company safety procedures
About you
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction/site experience
Good knowledge of construction works, drawings, site supervision and project coordination
Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities
Knowledge of OSH, QA/QC and relevant construction regulations
Good communication, leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
Able to prepare site reports, progress reports and project documentation
Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
CIDB Green Card or relevant construction certification is an advantage
Possess a valid driving licence
