Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in site/civil engineering with supervision experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent project management, organization, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery follows approved plans and quality standards.
• Interpret drawings, survey reports and technical documents to guide construction activities.
• Plan resources and coordinate materials, equipment and stakeholders across projects at different lifecycle stages.
• Track progress, milestones, risks and costs, identifying efficiency opportunities and keeping delivery within budget.
• Provide clear updates to project managers and stakeholders, resolving challenges with practical technical guidance.
