Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on site matters.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, work progress reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Monitor project progress and report any potential delays or risks to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant parties.
• Assist in project testing, commissioning, defect rectification, as-built documentation, and project handover.
