Are you a hands‑on engineer who enjoys seeing projects move from drawings to reality? As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering construction projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard from initial planning through to completion.
You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders, using your technical expertise and practical problem-solving skills to keep work moving and resolve challenges as they arise.
Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery follows approved plans, specifications and quality standards.
Interpret engineering drawings, survey reports and technical documents to guide construction activities.
Plan resources and coordinate materials, equipment and stakeholders across projects at different lifecycle stages.
Track progress, milestones, risks and costs, identifying efficiency opportunities and keeping delivery within budget.
Provide clear updates to project managers and key stakeholders, while resolving construction challenges with practical technical guidance.
A bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer or in an equivalent role, with proven construction project supervision experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and other relevant engineering or project software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations, with the ability to interpret and present survey and technical information.
Excellent project management, organisation, problem-solving, decision‑making and communication skills, with strong teamwork and attention to detail.
