Lila Technologies SDN BHD is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Kulai, Johor. You will oversee successful delivery of projects, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure quality standards are met.

This full-time role requires a Civil Engineering degree and practical knowledge of construction methods. You will liaise with contractors and clients, prepare site reports, and support continuous improvement in construction processes.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specs.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor progress and report issues.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Attend site and management meetings with client representatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare site reports and paperwork.
• Stock management including stock taking and tracking.

About the role

Lila Technologies SDN BHD is seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our team in Kulai, Johor. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our projects. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of large-scale projects within the Construction industry.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and supervising construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Interpreting and implementing project plans, drawings, and specifications

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Attending site meetings, monthly management meeting and liaison with client's representative

Providing technical support and guidance to the team

Contributing to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

Preparing site reports and other paperwork

Stock management including stock taking, stock receiving and stock tracking.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
