Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies

Preparing and maintaining detailed project records, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation

Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions

Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring the work is carried out efficiently and to the required quality standards

Deal with authority for CFO, SAJ, TNB and others.

REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
