Job summary

Wei Kwang Electrical & Air-Cond Engineering Works in Johor Bahru is seeking a diligent M&E Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site progress, ensure work complies with drawings, specs, procedures and schedules.

The role involves supervising construction teams and subcontractors, performing inspections, preparing daily and progress reports, and coordinating defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• 1 year experience in supervision of M&E construction.
• With Class D driving license.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

Wei Kwang Electrical & Air-Cond Engineering Works – Johor Bahru, Johor

Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has meet to the quality requirement.

Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.

Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 1 years’ experience in supervision of M & E construction project.
• With Class D driving license.
• Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.
